In many cases, the Recruiter who invited you to interview may be the data controller or joint controller for your personal data. Their identity will be provided to you as part of the interview invitation.

5.2 We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Share your Interview Content with other recruiters without your consent

As a service provider, we retain personal data according to the instructions of the Recruiter who acts as the data controller. The Recruiter determines retention periods based on their recruitment processes and legal requirements.

We may separately retain anonymised data for AI training and service improvement purposes for up to 5 years.

Retention periods may vary based on:

  • Recruiter policies and instructions
  • Legal requirements
  • Ongoing legal proceedings
  • Legitimate business needs
